• A two night minimum stay on weekends is required June-October.
• A one night deposit is required within five days of making reservation.
• Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks are accepted.
• Check in time is between 3-6 pm and check-out is 11am.
• Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations of less than 14 days will be refunded in the form of a gift certificate.
• Adults only as our home is not suitable for children or pets.
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
